Hours of Operation: Winter (November-May) Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00-17:00. Tuesday 9:00-19:30.
Summer (June-October) Sunday -Thursday 9:00-17:00.
Closed on Friday and Saturday, Jewish holidays, first two weeks in August and Intermediate days of Passover.
Consultation: It is advisable to make an appointment beforehand.
Closest Public Transportation:
Bus: 43, 52, 55, 57, 56, 168
Directions: By car to Highyway # 4 (Geha Route) till Aluf Sade Junction and then turn to Korazim St.
Access for Disabled: No. There is no elevator. Library is up one long flight of steps.

Description of Resources
There is a large collection of Yizkor books, personal memoirs and private family books. This is the Tel-Aviv branch of the Yad Vashem library. Books not in the stacks here can be ordered from Jerusalem.

Newspapers/periodicals
There are manuscripts and periodicals dealing with genealogical material.

Photograph Collections: There are collections of photos in books and microfilms.

Oral history collections
There are oral history testimonies in books, periodicals and microfilms.

Electronic resources
There is computer access to the Hall of Names at Yad Vashem but not to the main Yad Vashem library.

Finding Aids:
Searches cannot be made from abroad. Special searches can be made from the Jerusalem head office of Yad Vashem against payment.

Description of Facility:
The catalogue is computerized and is in Hebrew with some English. The catalogue uses the Dewey system. The archive material is in closets and on the open stacks. Material does not have to be ordered. Microfilms can be used on the premises. There is a microfilm reader and no charge is made for its use. Documents are mainly in Hebrew, English and Yiddish and cover Wolyn and Eastern Europe.

Fees/Copies:
There photocopying machines which the public can use.
