Description of Resources
The material appears in the following languages: Hebrew, English, Russian, Yiddish, Latvian, German . The family trees are in manuscript form. There are books on various Jewish communities and oral testimonies in manuscript form. There are also photos and books of genealogical interest.

Finding Aids:
The catalogue is computerized and in English. It can be accessed from the website. The materials are located in locked steel closets.

Description of Facility:
Material has to be ordered at least 14 days beforehand and can be done by email, fax or telephone.

Fees/Copies:
Material can be photocopied on the spot. It is only done by the librarians. Searches can be made from abroad for a charge of $20 per search and $.20 for each document.

Restrictions on Use:
There is no possibility of using microfilms on the premises.
