The Pittsburgh Jewish Newspaper Project
On Sept 11 1942, the Criterion listed all Jews serving in the US Forces. There's a huge list of names, over 3 pages.
The Jewish Welfare Board ultimately published their complete national list in 1947 in the form of a two-volume book, with the list of names running to some 590 pages. The title page refers to "The Story of 550,000 Fighters for Freedom." The main title of the book is "American Jews in World War II"
